When something happens, someone has to search a folder. Guests need to confirm or sign on a phone, staff need to sign too, and the record has to be searchable afterwards.
The owner cannot see the day from outside the venue
Reports that only exist on the front-desk PC stop when the manager leaves. The same store figures need to be available on a phone.
