Booking, rotas and timing in one flow

Hefei GEBI TECH Co., Ltd. does two things: operations software for a karting venue, and timing for races and ordinary sessions.

On the operations side, a guest booking, the staff rota and equipment maintenance sit in one flow. Guests pick a time slot, so they are not waiting after they arrive. The system then adjusts what is already booked that day, so the same circuit is not sold twice.

On the timing side, each driver's lap time is recorded, and the session can be reviewed afterwards. A rental heat has to move quickly. A race has to sort the order. Both use software from the same company, rather than one system at the desk and another on the track.

A venue that has been open for years, and a new one that has just taken the site, can both start with daily rental and turn on sprint and endurance when they need a race. When you book a demo, say how wide the track is, how many karts you have, and whether the timing equipment you use now is domestic or imported.
