Races and meetings

The race edition on the current website supports sprint and endurance. Timing hardware is RACE RESULT, with the published specifications left as written.

Who it is for

Tracks and organisers running club races, endurance or a commercial invitation meeting.

What usually gets in the way

Rental timing does not survive race day

Sprint and endurance starts, sectors, the finish and a rental heat are not the same job.

Start and finish on one decoder

In the karting setup the start/finish is Ubidium, with the loop connected directly. Power is AC, DC, USB-C and PoE, and the batteries can be hot-swapped during timing.

Sectors and the pit need a time too

The RACE RESULT karting setup uses Active Loop Box V2 for sector or pit times. A nearby point repeats passings wirelessly to the start/finish decoder.

Race edition software
The current website states sprint and endurance. The price is not published. It is quoted per race day after you send an inquiry.

Ubidium decoder
AC, DC, USB-C and PoE, with hot-swappable batteries. GEBI TECH sells it and arranges installation. The price is on request.

Transponder and detection points
MotorKart V3 is specified at 0.004 s and a maximum of 120 km/h. Active Loop Box V2 is for sector or pit times, with a 12–20 hour battery.

Products

Timing system
A local edition and a network edition. The base edition runs daily rental by time or by laps. The race edition runs sprint and endurance. Domestic and imported timing equipment are both supported.
